Privacy policy

1. General

1.1. This Policy describes what data the Postern service (the Postern Telegram bot and its mini app, the "Service") processes and how it is protected.

1.2. By using the Service, the User accepts this Policy. A User who does not agree must stop using the Service.

2. Data we process

The Telegram account's id and language, and the account name in the Service, which the User chooses.

Access keys, their plans, periods and traffic used: a byte count only, never the content.

The devices a key works on: platform, model, app version and the time the server list was last refreshed. This is needed for the device limit.

Payments: amount, method, time and the provider's payment id.

Messages the User sends to support.

We do not ask for a passport, documents, photos, a phone number or an address.

3. What we do not collect

3.1. The Service's servers keep no logs of visited sites, requests or traffic content, and do not store the IP addresses of connections.

4. Why we need it

To issue and serve keys and hold the plan's limits.

To credit payments and keep the balance.

To send notices about keys and the balance and to answer in support.

To count overall statistics that help improve the Service.

5. Sharing

5.1. Data is not shared with third parties except: when a payment needs it (the payment provider receives the amount and the invoice number), when the law requires it, or with the User's consent.

5.2. Payment details the User enters on the payment provider's page are processed by that provider under its own rules; the Service does not receive them.

6. Keeping and protecting data

6.1. Data is kept as long as the purposes above need it. The User can delete their account in the mini app or ask support to do it.

6.2. We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no way of sending data over the internet is fully secure.

7. Changes

7.1. The Policy may change. The current version, with the date of its last change, is always open in the mini app. By continuing to use the Service, the User accepts the new version.
