Postern

User agreement

Updated 30 October 2026

1. General

1.1. This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of the Postern service (the "Service"): the Postern Telegram bot (@postern_keys_bot) and its mini app, provided by the Service's administration (the "Administration").

1.2. By starting the bot, signing up, topping up a balance, paying for services or receiving access, the User confirms they have read the Agreement and accept it in full.

1.3. A User who does not agree must stop using the Service.

2. The service

2.1. The Service provides a digital service: a protected internet connection (VPN) by an access key. The key is added to a client app (such as Happ) on the User's device.

2.2. Each key works on the terms of the plan chosen at purchase: period, traffic allowance or none, number of devices. The plan's terms are shown before payment.

2.3. The list of plans and their current prices is always open in the mini app's Information and Prices sections. Prices are in US dollars; when paying in rubles, the amount in rubles, including the payment system's fee, is shown before the payment is confirmed.

3. Payment

3.1. Services are paid from the account balance. The balance is topped up by the methods the mini app lists at the time of the top-up.

3.2. The service is provided from the moment the key is issued. The key's period runs from then.

3.3. A top-up reaches the balance once the payment provider confirms the payment.

4. Refunds

4.1. The service is digital, so money is generally not returned once a key is issued, except as below.

4.2. A key bought or renewed by mistake can be cancelled by the User on the key's page within 24 hours, if it has barely been used. The money returns to the balance less 10%.

4.3. If the service was not provided through a technical fault of the Service, the Administration returns the money to the balance or extends the key.

4.4. To ask for a refund, write to support (@postern_admin) within 24 hours of the payment. Each case is decided on its own.

4.5. The User agrees not to dispute a payment (chargeback) with a bank or payment system without first writing to support.

5. Rules of use

5.1. The User agrees to use the Service only within the applicable law and the rules of third parties. The User is responsible for the lawfulness of their actions.

5.2. Not allowed: spam, attacks on other networks and services, spreading malware, torrents where the plan's rules forbid them, reselling access without the Administration's consent, using a key on more devices than the plan allows.

5.3. On a breach of these rules, on abuse, or when the law or payment providers require it, the Administration may limit or end access. Limiting access does not cancel obligations that arose earlier.

6. Liability

6.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Administration does what is reasonable to keep it stable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted work, a given speed or the availability of particular sites.

6.2. The Administration is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, actions of third parties, failures of communication networks or temporary limits on access.

7. Changes

7.1. The Administration may change the Agreement. The current version, with the date of its last change, is always open in the mini app.

7.2. By continuing to use the Service, the User accepts the new version.

8. Support

8.1. For any question: Telegram @postern_admin. Help with a particular key is easiest to ask through the mini app's Help section: the message opens with the key's details already in it.
