Where are the servers?
Happ is only the app: it is empty until your key is added. Open your key, tap the link to copy it, then in Happ press + and choose to add from the clipboard. Install Happ only from the link we give: the stores have fakes under the same name.
Open in the appPing over 1000 ms
The number in Happ is not the delay you feel. Happ times a whole request through the server and back, so it reads many times higher than a ping in a game. Up to about 1500 ms is normal. If pages open, the server is fine.
Open in the appIt stopped working
First refresh the list: in Happ pull it down, or press the round arrow beside the subscription name. Then connect again or pick another server. On Auto: disconnect and connect again. Auto takes the new list only when it connects. If it still does not connect, press Ask a question here and we will replace the key.
Open in the appHapp: access restricted
Happ shows "The subscription administrator has restricted access" when it remembers an old check of your link. In Happ, delete this subscription. Then open your key here and add it again with the button or the QR code. If your key is already on all the devices it allows, first open Devices and remove one you no longer use. If it still shows, press Ask a question here.

Pick the Auto entry if your list has one, or another server, and connect again. Update Happ to the latest version. If it keeps dropping, press Ask a question here and tell us which server.
Open in the appA local site will not open
Some local sites and bank apps refuse visitors who come through a VPN. If one does not open, switch the VPN off while you use it and on again after. On Android you can leave just that app outside the VPN: in Happ open Settings, Per-app Proxy Settings, choose Bypass and tick the app. Then disconnect and connect again. That app goes direct, everything else stays in the VPN. To undo it, choose Off there.

Use a DE, NL or GB server, or Auto. The RU servers are for games, and Google does not offer Gemini in Russia.
Open in the appNo Happ in the App Store
Happ leaves and returns to the App Store of some countries. To install it, change the store's country: Settings, your name, Media & Purchases, View Account, Country/Region. Apple allows the change only with a zero balance, no active subscriptions and outside a family group. For the payment method choose None. Once Happ is installed you can change the country back.

Install Happ yourself, from the link we give. Do not hand your phone to a shop or a stranger to set it up. Lock your phone with a code, and in its settings hide what notifications say on the lock screen, for Telegram and for Happ. In Happ turn off the speed in the notification (Android) or the Live Activity (iPhone). Keys we send in the bot's chat delete themselves after an hour. Do not forward a key or keep a screenshot of it. When you write to us, say nothing about how you get online at home.

Leave these as they are, so your key stays yours and keeps working. • Mode: VPN, never Proxy only. In Proxy only Happ says Connected, but nothing goes through it. • "Allow connections from the LAN" stays off. Turned on, it lets anyone on the same Wi-Fi use your key, with no password. • If Happ asks to get the subscription "in insecure mode", answer No and write to us here. • Do not send reports to Happ or ask its AI Helper about us, and never paste your link anywhere. Write to us instead. • Let Happ run in the background (battery: no restrictions) and allow its notifications. • Happ comes in Russian or English: choose one in Settings, Language. For experienced users on Android: Always-on VPN in the phone's settings keeps everything in the tunnel, but when your key ends the phone has no internet until you turn it off.
